[osiris] Setting up syslog

Hi Joe,

many, many thanks for that. It REALLY helped me.
We still can't send Osiris Mails, may be a mailserver issue, but now  
Osiris reports correctly to Kiwi. We have to set up Kiwi correctly,  
because Osiris always reports as "notice". But that can be done  
through the Kiwi Filters.
