[osiris] chown removes suid bits

Hi,

migrating osiris to a new server (SLES 10 SP1) i found today my
filesystem was filling with old databeses.

The reason for this was chown and chgrp in the the startscript. This removes
the suid bit from osirismd. Osirismd was running as root and not as osiris,
the databeses where owned by root and osirismd was unable to delete  
them. (purge database and del-database resulting in "error: unable to  
remove database")
