[osiris] Windows platform / non-admin users

All -

I have osiris running on a Windows Server 2003 R2 platform.  Local admin
users can open up a command prompt, type "osiris", get the prompt for a
key, log in as admin, and go.  Non-local admin users open up a command
prompt, type "osiris", log in as admin and get:

"WARNING: certificate authentication failure:  self signed certificate."

It gives the certificate information below that, then states:

"If you trust this certificate, delete the saved root certificate and
start this application again."


I've been running things like regmon and filemon to try and figure out
where this is going wrong, but to no avail.  If anyone has any ideas on
this, I'd love the feedback.
