[osiris] Filter for Archive flag on Windows?

More new user questions: Is there a filter that can be set for ignoring
the Archive flag on a Windows system? I have several files that I am
monitoring that change state every time the backup gets run and as far
as I can see, the only thing getting changed is the Archive flag. Any
way to ignore this?
