[osiris] Osiris on Windows and Mac?

Hi everybody.

I am very new to this list and new to this topic. One of my customers  
is a payment service provider, who is in the need of having a file  
integrity monitoring software for his servers. He wants to be  
compliant to the pci dss. The servers are win and mac. Do you have  
any experience in running Osiris on mac and win?
I am not a C software developer. Is it difficult to compile the  
source code on a mac (10.4.10, XCode)? Is there some documentation  
about it?

Is osiris the right choice for that? Alternatives?

Any help and hints are appreciated. Thanks.
