[osiris] Exception Rule for Service State Change?

Hi,

   I keep getting notifications about services starting and stopping, 
like the Shadow Copy service on my Windows servers. I am looking for a 
way to create exception rules for this but I can't find anything in the 
Osiris Handbook on the mod_kmods.

I get notification changes like:

[cmp][mod_kmods][service:swprv][service:swprv;dname:Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider;status:stopped][service:swprv;dname:Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider;status:running]

How can I create exception rules for this state change short of 
disabling the entire mod_kmods?
