One more question, please 
   
  Is there a way to filter the content of the e-mail coming to me?
   
  I want to be able to specify what File Systems I want to get report on 
  For instance, do I need to do anything about lines like below in the e-mail report, and what can I do if I don't want to have them in the report?

You can't. Create a distribution list elsewhere and send to that
instead. A better idea anyway: it allows you to change who gets notified
without having to fiddle with a security component.
