I would add something.
I think you did a very small mistake when you give the URL in email.
https://127.0.0.1:2267/?action=v&host=mgmt&base_db=19&log=49%3E
At the end, there is a "%3E" UTF-8 code that corresponds, for me, to '>' of
<https://127.0.0.1:2267/?action=v&host=mgmt&base_db=19&log=49>

When i delete this appendix, that's work fine ;)
