[osiris] no http url in my email notification

Hi,

I run osiris on windows xp pro

When i am notified i have no url in my email like this:
<https://example.com:2267/?host=mac-ibook&base_db=4>

My http server seems to be up because when i write theses urls in my browser:
"https://localhost:2267/"
"https://localhost:2267/?host=mgmt"
"https://localhost:2267/?host=mgmt&base_db=13"
i have:
"invalid request"
that doesn't work but i have an error from http server
