[osiris] start-scan hangs and high cpu utilization

Dear All,

   I installed osiris 4.2.3 in sun solaris 10 x86 .
Its working fine in 3 hosts and it is not working in some other hosts.
All the servers are exactly the same configurations.

  When i give manual start-scan for the host.
It starts hanging and cpu utilization goes above 80% in the management
host.

 netstat command show established status between management host and
agent.

  in /var/adm/messages i got the following error 
Jul 25 09:26:57  osirismd[3347]: [ID 702911 daemon.warning]
[602][warning] daemon has key we have no record
of, updating host file.

 
when i truss the pid , i found Err#11,
What else i have to check, kindly guide me
