[osiris] Osiris, NoEntry, and Spaces (Windows)

I'm running Osiris under Windows XP.  I want to add a NoEntry item for
a path that has a few spaces in it.  I tried using the 8.3 naming for
the path, and also using the standard path with spaces (no quotes),
neither of which worked.  I know this topic has come up previously,
but the archives I found were a couple years old and I wanted to know
the latest status.  Is there a known working format for adding paths
with spaces under Windows?
