Are both the client and management daemon running on AIX 5.3?

I have several clients running AIX 5.1 and 5.2 without any problems.  We
compile OpenSSL from source, but I doubt that would make a difference.
Could you use strace or truss to see what the management daemon process
is hanging on during the config push?

Any logs in syslog from both the client and management daemon may shed
some light as well.
