[osiris] osiris schedualing and faulty hosts...

Hello!

I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but it turns out that if osiris
hangs while doing a schedualed scan of a machine it can block all other
schedualed scans from running... Seemingly for ever.

One of my hosts had faulty hardware and kernel oopsd. The scans could start
but would never finish. Even after rebooting the server in question osiris
didn't restart scanning it or the other machines.

Is there a timeout I can set for the scan process? It seems like there should
be one by default, and like the schedualer shouldn't be waiting for one host
to finish before kicking off a scan of another host...

I'm running 4.2.2, but I don't see anything in the changelog for 4.2.3 that
looks related.
