[osiris] Osiris and DST time changes

Hello Folks,

As you may know by now, the DST clock change for 2007 is being pushed 
from 1 Apr back to 11 Mar and extended one week from 28 Oct to 4 Nov. My 
questions to you are:

(1) Does Osiris read the time from the host OS? If not, are you making 
DST patches available for Osiris?

(2) What disruptions should we expect on Mar 11? (We are implementing 
scanning every hour)
