[osiris] Can not login as admin

Hello,

I downloaded osiris last week and installed on a test server to see how it
works. Now I can not login as admin.
Management server and agent are the same server. osirisd is working. So, I
may have done the dummiest thing: forgotten the password I gave.

What can I do? How may I recover the password?

!! error: contacting management host ( 127.0.0.1) failed:

    - management host unreachable.
    - user authentication failure.
    - this host is not on the allowed client list.
