[osiris] static compile of osirisd

Can the scan agent be statically compiled so it can
just be dropped into any system?  I found this
article,

and they said to use export CFLAGS="-static $CFLAGS"
before configure.  This gives me a bunch of undefined
reference errors.  Thank you for any help.
