[osiris] Debian upgrade to Etch; http interface stopped working

When I try and set the database from the http
interface, I get the login box.  After I enter my
userid and password, it just hangs.  Eventually, IE
will come back with a "cannot find server" message. 
At this point, when I go to the shell to log in
directly to Osiris, I get an "error: contacting
management host (127.0.0.1) failed:" message and I
need to restart osirismd.  Everything else seems to
work fine.  I'm using version 4.2.0 from Debian.  Any
ideas?  Thanks.
