[osiris] Osiris and DST on Windows

Hi,
  I'm running the latest Osiris on a couple Windows boxes (one XP, one
Server 2003).  I got a rather unpleasant surprise the other night when
daylight savings time ended.  Apparently the change in time caused the
entire database to have modified ctime and mtime values on the next
scan, each off by an hour.  Since I have the logs emailed to me for
auditing, I was greeted with emails of several megabytes for each
machine.  I don't know if this is more of a Windows or an Osiris
issue, but it would be really nice if Osiris could somehow compensate
for it.
