There is nothing within Osiris which limits what subnet it will talk to.
This sounds very much like a host side firewall or even a subnet ACL
blocking port tcp2265 to the client. Have you tried running a protocol
sniffer on the Windows host itself (such as Wireshark, etc.) to see if
the host is seeing the packets? I have my management daemon running in
a protected subnet and it is able to scan clients across several
different subnets without any issues.
