[osiris] osiris 4.2.1 -- regression from 4.2.0?

Just built and installed the 4.2.1 agent on CentOS 3, and ran a scan
from our 4.2.0 management console.  I see that several files (not
referring to the Osiris files themselves) seemed to have changed.  Also,
the mod_ports lines now have the uid= and inode= items back, where 4.2.0
removed those.  Did the codebase regress back to a version prior to the
4.2.0 release?
