thanks for the notice.  I fixed the link.  Please note that I  
presently don't have a build environment for windows, so the windows  
download is still 4.1.8

which gets me to another issue... does anyone have the compiled  
windows 4.2.0?  or can someone compile 4.2.1 and send it to me?  In  
the server migration I lost the .exe for 4.2.0
