[osiris] Problems initializing hosts

When I go to initialize a host I keep getting "!! unable to contact
host: 192.168.1.2 initialization halted.". I can ping the host from the
management box and can also telnet to 2265 with out any problems. Tired
moving the management server to another host but the same problem keeps
coming up. Any ideas what I'm missing or where I should look for a fix?
