[osiris] Accept DB Changes

I have trouble accepting changes. I go to accept changes to the db through 
the Web Interface, but keep getting an error; 'the requested log file does 
not exist or cannot be viewed at this time.' I am not sure why I get this?  
I also cannot use the set-base command to do this as well.  I could not 
locate these in the documentation, and find it difficult to view/search in 
the different discussion threads.
