Have a look at src/osirismd/md_notify.c and look for the 
NOTIFY_UPDATE_URL_FORMAT macro.  If you are sucessfull, forward a patch 
to this list.

If you are not comfortable with editing the source, but know what 
changes you would like to see to that URL, forward that to this list 
and someone will review it and possibly make the change.
