This release of Osiris current branch contains the following
enhancements and bug fixes.  Note that with this release, the current
branch is no longer backwards compatible with the 2.x branch.

Changes between 3.0.0 and 3.0.1

FIXES:

- - fixed comparison filter bugs.  They were wonky, enough said.

- - Solaris alignment issue, NOTE: this separates the 3.x branch from
being
   backwards compatible with the 2.x branch.

- - Solaris configure problem with OpenSSL libs.

FIXES:

- - Added the GNU regex library and will use that instead of system
regex.h
   This will keep the regex behaviour the same accross all platforms
and
   will add regex support to Windows.
