This release of Osiris is primarily to address bugs that
existed with Solaris.  The following is from the ChangeLog:

FIXES:

- - scan agent now properly ignores SIGHUP on Solaris.
- - fixed potential buffer overflow with scan record print routine.
- - added better logging for cert auth callback error log message.
- - configure script not properly finding OpenSSL libs, and statically
linking.

FEATURES:

- - added support to the installation script to install a
   pre-provisioned root certificate for the scan agent.

NOTES:

- - this release changes the message header structure used
   throughout the components of the Osiris sytem.  Thus,
   this release is not compatible with previous releases.
   The changes was necessary in order to fix an alignment
   problem on Solaris.
