[osiris-devel] Why 2.4.3 is not compatible with 2.4.0 (and 2.4.2)??

Ok, may be, I just was unhappy and catched temporary version. I'll do it again 
in Monday.

Really, my intend was to understand, why I see 'config' subcommand (sub - 
because IT run it internally) spend 2 - 4 minutes on CPU before return an 
answer (in some cases only). II did not see any difference between 2.4.0 and 
2.4.3 in this issue.
 And - I do not see any _previous_ post.
