In reality, I was wrong and filters works with empty 'host' and 'path' (but
prompt is wrong - it shows '*' as a wildcard, instead of empty field as a
wildcard).

But when some other attribute changes, system shows all changed attributes
for the file. May be, it is not bad, but it is nit well documented, and
then, it is better to group changes so that we can see one file as one
change, second as a second change, etc. Or, at least, report number of
changed files instead of number of changed attributes.
