[osiris-devel] 3.0 development

The 3.0 branch now contains code to monitor user and group data on all 
supported platforms except Windows.  This was actually quite simple 
given that the infrastructure for storing and comparing this data has 
existed for some time now.

To experiment, add the following to a scan config:

     monitor users
     monitor groups

In addition, the CLI now can print this information from the print-db 
routine.
