This release contains an experimental open network port monitoring 
module for Osiris on Windows XP.  We are currently working on setting up 
a new source code mirror so the 4.1 branch is not currently online yet.

: added mod_ports for Windows XP.  Open network port monitoring module.

FIXES:

: fixed email subject heading not being set correctly for log notifications.
