I posted (*) a patch against version 0.5.10 of the supplicant and a brief document describing how to build and use WPS. Which wireless device do you want to use? The biggest missing piece is the device driver needs to pass the WPS IE from probe responses to the supplicant's driver. If you are interested in adding this support, I'd be happy to describe the type of change you'd need to do.
Subject: WPS support in wpa_supplicant

Hi All,

I saw in some places discussion about WPS patches for wpa_supplicant. Also in one of the discussions Jouni has mentioned the he had removed WPS support in wpa_supplicant due to legal threat from his previous employer.

Can any one let me know whether any recent versions of wpa_supplicant supports WPS?
If not please let me know how easy it is to implement WPS in wpa_supplicant and also which documents/drafts I should refer to implement WPS in wpa_supplicant.
