the last several days trying to setup a HostAP running in AP (Master?)
mode. I believe I am almost there. It appears to me that it should
already be working, but it does not appear that HostAP is sending out any
beacons on its wlan0 interface. My assumption is based on running tcpdump
and seeing none sent out - current configured rate is 100 (e.g. 10 per
second). I followed Jason's web page (Installing and Setting up basic
HostAP box) line for line, so I'm not sure what I'm missing. I appreciate
any help I can get.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
