[PATCH 2/2] Android: Handle STATUS-NO_EVENTS command in wpa_cli

NO_EVENTS parameter was added to STATUS command by commit
a6ab82d7b409cd95c4e64452c2a672d4ce4c3c99. This patch adds
handling of the new parameter in wpa_cli.
