[PATCH 0/4] hostap: Interface init/deinit fixes

Hi,

This patchset addresses some issues I've been seeing with multi-BSS AP
when enabling/disabling hostapd interfaces (via DISABLE/ENABLE commands):

 - double DISABLE caused segfault
 - if ENABLE failed late it would crash soon after that
