Version with ACS

Hello,
Is there a stable version of hostapd with ACS implemented?
If so, can someone point me to a link to download it?

I've seen the snapshot options for some versions in development, and the
latest release was 2.0 without acs so I was wondering if there was a
reliable version with it since then.

Are all pushes to the master branch made to be stable - so that downloads
at any time from the master branch should be reliable?
