hostapd Termination Issue - Intf mode NOT restored!

Hi Jouni,

I am using hostapd [downloaded from git] to set up an AP interface which is
initially in AP mode or master mode. But when my testing is completed, the
hostapd changes the interface to *managed* mode upon termination, which is
unwanted.

However, when I set up an AP interface which is initially in managed mode,
then there is no issue.

I have fixed the issue. Please let me know if the issue I faced is
appropriate or not.
