Does hostapd support muti-APs with one wireless card in different channel

In theory, hostapd would not limit how you configure the channels if you
create the virtual interfaces manually and run hostapd with multiple
configuration files.

That's the part that gets difficult.. Not really. IEEE 802.11 AP mode is
not really designed to work in this kind of configuration since there is
an implicit assumption on the APs being available all the time. P2P GO
can use NoA mechanism to do this and there are drivers that actually
support multi-channel operations with P2P. How many of those actually
support two P2P GO roles at the same time is another question and
finding one that would do that well may be a bit difficult at this time.
