Since other patches have been applied and I'm unable to post such a
big patch to the mailing list server I'm simply replying to the cover
letter.

PATCH v2:
 * change message level of one wpa_printf
 * zero scan_cb pointer upon scan completion
 * update copyright notices (Jouni)
