Just run it, it's very simple. 

example :-

$ eapol_test sim '' 5


If your SIM card is lock with PIN, you supply it in the commandline 
second parameter. 'num triplets' means how many times you want to triplets to be generated.

Just run pcscd in /etc/init.d or /etc/rc.local to start it up.
