P2P : How is NOA attribute communicated to an nl80211 based driver?

Don't we need this (get_noa, set_noa) calls because of presence
request handling?
I see presence request will be handled in wpa_supplicant in the future
and we will need interface to change noa in the future??

The other reason is wifi-direct certification - test engine need
interface to set noa during veryfication.
