Not really, but you should be able to store the internal entropy state
over wpa_supplicant restarts with the -e command line option. This means
that you will see the 4-way handshake rejected only on the first run and
after that, you should be able to go through the setup on consecutive
tests even if the system does not produce much additional entropy
through /dev/random.
