Query on WPA2's CCMP-AES encryption key length

I have read that ,

WPA2 uses CCMP-AES and CCMP-AES supports 128,192 and 256 key lengths.

I have few queries related to the above

1) Is the above mentioned encryption algorithm implemented in hardware or
driver ?

2) What kind of dependency does encryption has on hardware ?

3) If the Wi-Fi Vendor data sheet says that it supports AES encryption ,
does it mean it supports all the three key lengths ?

Could some one help me out in getting these things clarified ?
