wpa_supplicant not working on wext interface

ADB is nothing but android debug shell ... through adb command we can
connect to android phone and get shell prompt. where we can run
command...

00:26:0b:dc:17:8b is mac addr is one my cisco AP . I am not able to
understand that my conf does have not any network  entry then how
wpa_supplicant get the address of ap and trying to connect with
that... Yes i am not doing any p2p connection using wext interface...
but i want make sure that same supplicant works for both p2p and
normal wext interface for GUI ... because GUI using wext interface..

One more thing I have build wpa_supplicant with CONFIG_ANDROID_LOG=y
option  but still i am not getting any carsh dump on screen ... how do
this ...
