EAP-SIM/AKA by issuing at commands (+CUAD,+CEAP,+CERP)

Hi!

While a lot of information on EAP-SIM/AKA with pcsc is available, I
wonder if anyone tried to use the defined at commands
(+CUAD,+CEAP,+CERP) on a serial interface/modem?

As I see it - but I'm no specialist in the field - authentication could
be possible w/o pcsc support. And - unfortunately - I could not connect
pcsc-lite to my ericsson f3705g internal hsdpa card... But also in times
of multiple sims available (eg. one in phone, one in notebook, one in
tablet...), being able to poll a sim that's only available in a 'modem'
device would be nice.
