[PATCH] Add support for action scripts in hostapd_cli

Jouni,

This patch add support for action script in hostapd_cli (as it already 
exists in wpa_cli). It also adds wpa_msg events in the EAP state machine 
on the server side.
To configure the action script: hostapd_cli -a<action_script_path>.
