network interference?

Hi, I recently got my network working with wpa_supplicant using WPA and
everything was fine.

Then someone turned on an Access Point with no security. Now my
system always connects to the non-secure one when the system boots. When I
run my wpa_supplicant it does not resolve the problem. I still stay
connected to the same unsecured router.

Has anyone seen this>
