hostapd with no security and WPS

First question: How to configure hostapd into no security mode?
Second question: Will WPS works in this mode? In my understanding, when
hostapd has no security, sta is ready to work upon association. So will
there still be EAP session? Should hostapd handle EAPOL messages in this
case?
