[PATCH] madwifi: RSN capability mismatch when WMM enabled

Hello.

RSN fails when WMM enabled with madwifi driver.
This is a error log on wpa_supplicant side.
This log says RSN IE mismatching.

I made a patch for workaround.
And I could connect with this.

This is just only workaround.
I think RSN capability should be calculated by identical routine in
"wpa_write_rsn_ie".
When I have some time, I will make like "get_rsn_capabilty" function
and test all bit includes peerkey and 11w.
