Thanks a bunch!

I was already happy to have found your ppa for 0.6.7, I am now delighted 
it is up-to-date!

Furthermore, it *seems* that the upgrade did fix my problem, fingers 
crossed here. So far so good. Formerly, I did not have to wait for long 
before my dmesg was flooded.
