The hostap driver has been a part of the Linux kernel for a long time.  
  All or almost all kernel packages made in the last year of two  
should have it already.

Sorry, I cannot send you that file.  Chances are, you don't need it.   
Just because there is no "HOSTAP" in the kernel package name, it  
doesn't mean the hostap driver is not there.
